TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only hats with the designated “Guaranteed for Life” label will be considered for replacement. Customers must provide photos to identify the eligibility of the item, as well as proof of destruction of the item upon request once approval is granted. All qualifying replacements are subject to a non-waivable handling fee.
Note: Tilley Endurables only accepts Guaranteed for Life requests through Tilley.com. Any requests submitted outside of the electronic portal will not be accepted. Should you have any questions, please contact the Tilley Customer Service Department by email.
Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the shipper’s cost. Processing times may vary due to increased volumes in peak seasons and are contingent on the provision of all required information from the customer. Requests will not be shipped until all requirements are met by the customer. Tilley will not be held responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages in transit. Please contact your carrier to settle any shipping issues.

I bought the anorak last spring in an orange color that was on sale. Thought I would "test drive" the orange jacket before I paid full price for the black anorak. Fortunately, I love the color orange, and this jacket is so comfortable, warm and more importantly water repellent. I live in the PNW and walk my dogs multiple times a day, so I can quickly throw this on and out the door we go. I am going to buy the jacket in black. It does run big, so go down in size. It is also nice to take to outdoor events, like baseball games, where you do not want to have something so bulky. We do not get really cold in the PNW, so have not tried it in freezing weather. Highly recommend!!!

Love this piece! It's lightweight but elevated and looks expensive. I bought it in two colours and can't wait to wear it in cooler weather. I will say it is very, very oversized. I am someone who loved oversized, so I generally don't pay attention to comments that say "size down!", but in this case, the comments are correct. I'm 5'8, 185lb and would typically wear an XL, or a 12/14 in clothes, but unless you want very exaggerated proportions, size Large still gives me a very oversized look with lots of room to layer. Honestly, if I wanted something less oversized, but just 'roomy', even a medium would probably fit fine. I bought in the khaki and taupe and colours are accurate to the site photos - both beautiful shades. I'm not sure I'm brave enough to wear the orange, but kind of quietly keeping an eye on it, because this piece is so stylish.
