TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only hats with the designated “Guaranteed for Life” label will be considered for replacement. Customers must provide photos to identify the eligibility of the item, as well as proof of destruction of the item upon request once approval is granted. All qualifying replacements are subject to a non-waivable handling fee.

Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the shipper’s cost. Processing times may vary due to increased volumes in peak seasons and are contingent on the provision of all required information from the customer. Requests will not be shipped until all requirements are met by the customer. Tilley will not be held responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages in transit. I was given a olive hat as a gift for father's day I take this hat on all my vacations, I like the hat that I had to buy one for work in black I wear the hat every day from spring to about November at work, I will definitely recommend this hat and if needed I will get another

I bought my first AIRFLO sometime in the late 90's. I used this hat on many trips from the Amazon River to Cape Horn to the desserts in the Colombian Guajira and on many weekends at the grill.
In the past 3 years, I used this hat daily in the very sunny Guajira, Colombia.
The hat started to tear apart. I guessed strong sun and often washing + time did what had to happen. So before ordering the new hat, I asked Tilley if the warranty was still valid.
Well, they said it is and I received a brand-new hat today. Free of charge. Thank you TILLEY, I'm impressed. Congratulations, the Lifetime Guarantee promise was honored.

I bought my Tilley hat on vacation over 20 years ago. Just recently lost it after leaving it on the roof of my car. The hat had a few stains but was in perfect condition and was perfect for wearing during water aerobics and walking my dog in Arizona.

My dad gave me his Tilley about 7 years ago. I wear it whenever it rains to keep the rain out of my face when I am doing chores. This hat is lightweight and the brim is wide enough to keep me dry.
I am grateful that my dad (who died in 2021) cared enough to give me this.
