STEP 1: Enter your FedEx Tracking ID. You will receive it via email.
STEP 2: Locate and click Manage Delivery and then Hold at Location on the tracking results page.†
STEP 3: Enter the original delivery address for authentication.
STEP 4: View and select from the list of available FedEx retail locations then click Submit.

You will receive an email from FedEx that includes your FedEx Tracking ID and enables you to manage your delivery. You will be able to:
