Tilley Travel Socks are guaranteed 'all-holes-barred' for 3 years. This doesn't mean they won't get a hole in them, but rather IF they do (and most don't) we'll replace them.

How do I know if my socks have the Tilley Sock Guarantee?

All Tilley socks guaranteed 'all-holes-barred' for 3 years have the guarantee on the reverse side bottom of the packaging. If you are still unsure, or have discarded the packaging, please feel free to contact us to inquire about the guarantee.

How do I make a Tilley Sock Guarantee claim?

First wash & dry your socks thoroughly before you return them. Both socks must be returned for the claim to be processed. Unwashed items will be returned to sender.

Shipping Policy:
We offer Free Expedited Shipping on all online orders over $150, after discounts & before taxes. Parcels are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays & arrive between 3-5 business days via USPS. Shipping charges for orders below $150 are $9.50 for priority shipping. Next day shipping is available upon request.
