Job Title Description
Social Media Customer Service Support (Seasonal/Contract) In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our community and engage with them through Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, Bazaarvoice and email. You will interact existing and new customers in a fresh and fun way, while answering a variety of questions about our hats, apparel, materials, product care, brand and corporate ethics. Also, proactively engage with styling suggestions, sparking conversations or jump into an existing thread amongst friends to give them a laugh or bit of info.
