How do I return an item for exchange or refund?
New, unwashed, unworn items must be returned for refund or exchange within 90 days of the original purchase. Underwear must be returned unworn and unwashed and will only be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If your new purchase doesn't fit or if the colour doesn't suit you and the new item has not been worn or washed, we'll cheerfully exchange it for one of the right size or colour. If the new unworn, unwashed, unhemmed or otherwise unmarked item isn't quite what you expected, we'll refund the purchase price. Refunds will be tendered to the original payment method. E.g. If a Gift Card was used to purchase items than refunds will be issued back to a Gift Card.
Please include the Tilley Returns Form sent with your order or a copy of your invoice along with a note explaining how we can satisfy you. Please be sure to include your Name, Address and Telephone Number in case we need to contact you.
For security reasons, we do not keep credit card information. If you need a refund, please give us the credit card number and expiry date used for the original purchase.
If you purchased the Tilley item from a Tilley Stockist, please call us at +44 (0) 1326 574402 and we will try and accommodate you with an exchange.
How do I cancel my online order?
Cancellation of your online order is possible provided it has not been despatched from our warehouse. Should you wish to cancel your order please either call our customer service team on +44 (0) 1326 574402 or email email@example.com. We will then arrange to cancel your order and refund any charges which may have been applied.
Gift with purchase items
Free gifts with purchase are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. If you are returning items that included a free gift, please be sure to include the free gift with the return or the refund amount will be adjusted to deduct the full retail price of the free gift.
