We at Tilley Endurables ship our orders Monday to Friday (cutoff time 2pm). Orders are sent via Priority Post and delivered usually in 2-3 business days. Delivery in the worst-case scenario, 5-7 business days.

NEED IT FASTER?
Sometimes, you may have to have your order delivered more quickly. We can send your order by Next Day for an additional $17.00 (may be extra for Saturday).
Note: Not every address is eligible for Next Day Service. Please call to inquire if you are uncertain of your local postal delivery service.
Shipping and Handling Internationally:

International shipping rates are estimated. To determine the shipping cost, we will add 25% of the value of your order subject to a minimum charge of $35. Shipping on International orders is determined by the dimension and weight of the package.

Your elected representative may insist you be taxed for the privilege of acquiring our Canadian-made clothing. Before ordering, it is wise to check the duties and taxes that you may be subject to if you purchase from outside your country. They are, of course, your responsibility, as are the extra costs of shipping items beyond our borders. We try to send everything in one complete shipment to save you money on shipping. If waiting for a back-ordered item would inconvenience you, please let us know.
BACK ORDERS
Every now and then, one of our more popular items may be temporarily sold out in the size or colour that you ordered. Don't despair if your order arrives missing an item or two. Our stock is constantly being replenished and we generally ship back-ordered items, at our expense, within a few weeks. If it's going to take longer than 2 weeks to ship the missing items, we'll let you know - by telephone, by e-mail, or by first-class mail, depending on the situation - when you can expect the rest of your order.
FREE GIFT BOX
To make your gift giving much easier, we will present your gifts wrapped in paper and closed with a Tilley seal in an elegant presentation box. Just specify "gift" when you order. We'll prepare a handwritten message of your choosing to accompany your gift. And we'll even add to the shipping box a sticker that says "DO NOT OPEN UNTIL..." Then we'll place the presentation box and a bow in a box for shipping.
